Nouveau Cocktails…Fantastique!
It’s a tough life, we’ve been très busy, testing many new cocktails to grace the cocktail list at Le Truc, when we open in a couple of days time.

So what can you expect from a cocktail at Le Truc?
Well, we’re currently crafting a list taking inspiration from the 19th and 20th century, playing with classic combinations made popular in the prohibition era, and aiming to create something truly original for Birmingham’s burgeoning cocktail scene.
We will be celebrating some classics with timeless creations like the delicious and refreshing French 75…
As well as putting our own ‘Le Truc’ stamp on things, like the Bloody Marie Antoinette, a sophisticated interpretation of Harry MacElhone’s classic, invented in Paris in the 1920s, which sees rich claret married with spicy tomato juice…
And bien sur we’ll be making sure the Parisian Green Fairy is not forgotten with our modern classic Absinthe Minded Martini…
